Designing the I4B offices was an ambitious project, combining functional design, innovation and space optimization. The objective was to create ergonomic and designer workspaces, promoting collaboration and well-being, while integrating acoustic and ergonomic solutions adapted to the needs of users. The heart of the project is based on custom-made central joinery, which structures the space by integrating lockers, changing rooms, kitchen and access. This core was designed to provide fluidity and coherence, while offering maximum functionality. In the layout of the meeting rooms and collaborative spaces, we worked with curved lines in the joinery and furniture, bringing a touch of softness and modernity. These rounded shapes create a more welcoming atmosphere and reinforce the identity of the project. To guarantee optimal comfort, the acoustics were treated with a coating projected on the ceiling (Icoustic), thus reducing noise pollution and improving the quality of daily work.

I4B

Main objective: To create a workspace for I4B that combines functionality, design and comfort, while integrating space optimization and acoustic management solutions.

A layout designed for efficiency:

  • A central core structuring the space, integrating lockers, kitchen and various accesses.
  • Curved lines in furniture and carpentry, promoting fluidity and aesthetics.
  • High-performance acoustic treatment, with a specific ceiling covering.

Each area has been designed to offer a modern, ergonomic and pleasant working environment , encouraging exchanges while guaranteeing the comfort of employees.

Carefully landscaped areas:

Central core and circulation:
The layout is organized around a central multifunctional space . This includes lockers, kitchen and access to the different areas . Thanks to this integrated carpentry structure, we have optimized the space while reinforcing the identity of the place.

Collaborative spaces and meeting rooms:
The meeting rooms and collaborative areas have been designed with rounded shapes in the joinery and furniture . This choice brings a fluid and harmonious atmosphere. Thus, we have created ergonomic and designer workspaces , where comfort and functionality combine to promote exchanges.

Acoustic treatment:
Sound comfort was a priority. For this, we applied an acoustic projection to the ceiling (Icoustic) . Thanks to this solution, we reduced noise and improved the well-being of the occupants.

A global and tailor-made project:
We took care of all the elements: partitions, floors, false ceilings, lighting, electricity, window stickers, sanitary facilities and blinds . Every detail was thought out to ensure perfect consistency in the layout.

Work completed :

This project required a complete overhaul of the spaces, with full management of the work:

  • Plans produced: partitions, floors, false ceiling, lighting, electricity, sanitary facilities, carpentry, blinds.
  • Creation of a custom layout, promoting a fluid and contemporary aesthetic.
  • Acoustic treatment for a pleasant and efficient working environment.
