Our QSE(Quality, Safety and Environment) policy reflects Bedimo management's commitment to implementing a responsible management system in terms of quality, safety and respect for the environment.
Our quality commitments:
As a professional office fit-out specialist, Bedimo's vocation is to satisfy not only its customers, but also all its stakeholders, in a sustainable and total manner. That's why, from the outset, the company has been committed to an ambitious policy of quality and respect for the environment.
We deploy our strategic vision through our quality and environmental management system to ensure our development and sustainability.
Mr Delacroix, the Mayor and Mr Vreuls, directors of BEDIMO, are committed to allocating the means and resources needed to maintain and continually improve our system.
From this strategy, we draw our three main objectives:
- Gain the trust and recognition of our customers and stakeholders,
- Ensure the quality of our products and services,
- Sustaining and developing our professions through our human resources plan.
All these commitments are broken down into quantified, meaningful objectives for all Bedimo employees. They are also linked to the processes that govern our company's operations.
Our commitment to the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification processes enables us to progress along the path to quality and to enhance BEDIMO's performance and image in the eyes of our customers and stakeholders.
We can count on the support of our employees, as well as their skills, experience and motivation, to bring this ambitious project to a successful conclusion.
Our safety commitments :
Because we work in fields where the safety of all is paramount, Bedimo's management is also committed, through its QSE Policy, to maintaining a very high level of safety for its customers and employees.
With this in mind, a number of measures have been put in place to ensure that all our employees are able to guarantee the safety of everyone involved in their work.
We have set up:
- Ongoing training provided by our industry experts throughout our employees' careers,
- The provision and compulsory wearing of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) adapted to each job on worksites,
- Monitoring key indicators for employee safety.
Our environmental commitments :
Bedimo modified its Quality and Environment policy in 2024, to include guidelines related to environmental preservation. To improve our environmental performance.
We have set up :
- Consumption monitoring: the aim is to use IT tools to reduce paper printing as much as possible.
- A program to reduce the carbon footprint of our processes.
- Collaboration with our stakeholders in the search for more environmentally-friendly materials.
- A Circular program.
All these commitments are broken down into quantified objectives that are meaningful for all Bedimo employees. We know we can count on the support of our employees, as well as their skills, experience and motivation, to bring this ambitious project to a successful conclusion.
