CACEIS
The design was studied to both respect and enhance the existing structure, while creating a unique and warm atmosphere. As a result, this Design & Build office fit-out in Tour & Taxis incorporates specific acoustic and lighting solutions, responding to identified challenges and optimizing working comfort.
Carefully designed spaces :
- Reception: A welcoming space from the moment you enter, with natural materials creating a professional and engaging atmosphere.
- Open spaces and offices: To meet acoustic and lighting requirements, these spaces offer a soothing ambience and ergonomic furniture. They combine functionality and comfort.
- Meeting rooms: Flexible and well-equipped, they offer soundproofing and modern technology, ideal for productive meetings.

This Design & Build office development at Tour & Taxis, for CACEIS, not only had to adapt to the constraints of the site, but also meet several challenges, including the noise restrictions imposed during office hours. In addition, restricted access for deliveries represented a further constraint. Nevertheless, thanks to effective coordination between our teams and partners, we were able to meet these requirements while optimizing space to minimize environmental impact.
Achievements include :
- Acoustic optimization for sound comfort adapted to professional activities.
- Installation of low-energy LED lighting, in line with ecological and aesthetic requirements.
- Furniture carefully selected for durability and comfort, meeting current ergonomic standards.
