As You Wish

Fitting out As You Wish's offices meant transforming an empty hangar into a structured, bright and comfortable workplace, without obliterating the building's raw soul. This hangar-to-office project fully embodies our Design & Build approach, designed for atypical environments. We designed a "clean box" of offices inside the industrial volume, completely rethinking the envelope: insulation, floors, walls, ceilings, kitchen, sanitary facilities and external frames. A touch of events, in keeping with the customer's activity, was integrated via festive, tailor-made lighting. Openings were added to provide natural light and a fluid connection to the outside.

As You Wish

Main objective:

Transforming an unfinished hangar into a complete, comfortable and bright office space, while preserving an industrial atmosphere and enhancing the customer's event identity.

A layout designed for duality:

  • An office volume set in a raw envelope, for a strong architectural contrast.

  • Creation of external windows to maximize natural light.

  • A luminous ambience designed to reflect the world of events.

Carefully landscaped areas:

Offices and circulation:
The workspace was built entirely inside the hangar: floors, ceilings, partitions, insulation, kitchen and sanitary facilities. This inner core creates a luminous cocoon, conducive to concentration, while leaving some of the hangar's technical elements visible.

Lighting and event ambience:
The lighting was carefully designed: color temperatures, intensities, scenarios... every detail was designed to reflect the codes of the event industry, the customer's area of expertise.

A comprehensive, tailor-made project:

The entire project was carried out by our teams, using a Design & Build approach that guarantees fluidity and efficiency. The technical and aesthetic envelope was designed with a single focus.

Work completed :

This project to convert a hangar into offices required a complete overhaul of the space, orchestrated by our in-house team:

  • Complete renovation of floors, walls, ceilings and insulation.
  • Creation of a kitchen, sanitary facilities and interior partitions.
  • Addition of external frames to open up to the environment.
  • Lightweight acoustic treatment for enhanced comfort.
  • Designer lighting for a made-to-measure ambience.
  • Coordination of the entire site.
  • The result: a successful transformation of a hangar into offices, combining functionality and style.

We designed a coherent, comfortable and inspiring workspace, true to the customer's personality. This project demonstrates our ability to transform a raw volume into a professional living space.
